steam lied to me and now im pissed

last night i say aliens vs predators “game will unlock in approximately 2 days and 7 hours” well nothing can go wrong! ill order it tomorrow. but not even 24 hours later the game unlocks and now when i buy it i cant get the bonus features like the extra game and those 3 skins. jeez im so f**king pissed! how could they lie like that
